我院杜向党教授应邀参加第十届动物与环境抗微生物耐药性国际研讨会并作学术报告

      近日，由德国柏林自由大学兽医学院和中国农业大学动物医学院联合主办的第十届动物与环境抗微生物耐药性国际研讨会（The 10th Symposium on Antimicrobial Resistance in Animals and the Environment, ARAE）在德国柏林召开。


      作为大会的国际科学委员会成员，我院杜向党教授应邀参加此次会议，并在会上作题为“Tigecycline-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae: from mechanism to control”的口头报告和题为“Formation of a novel multiresistance plasmid co-carrying tigecycline, carbapenem and other resistance genes by recombination during conjugative transfer in Klebsiella pneumoniae”的壁报展示。杜向党教授还与来自意大利的Andrea Brenniani教授共同主持了会议的第五环节：动物和人畜共患病原菌抗微生物耐药性的机制和传播。
  
      会议期间，杜向党教授还与法国的Marisa Haenni教授、瑞士的Vincent Perreten教授、葡萄牙的Isabel Couto教授、荷兰的Engeline van Duijkeren教授、爱尔兰的Séamus Fanning教授等进行了相关领域的交流，扩展了未来的国际合作方向。在全球倡导“One Health”的背景下，此次参会促进了我院在抗微生物耐药性研究领域的影响力。
